         In terms of technical features, the circular bottle labeling machine boasts a high degree of automation and intelligence. Its servo drive system and high-precision photoelectric sensor enable precise positioning of the label's height and circumferential starting point on the bottle, with an error controlled within ±0.5mm. The equipment is compatible with various label materials such as adhesive paper, PET, and PVC, and supports flexible adjustment of single labels, double labels, and the spacing between front and back labels. The touch screen HMI allows one-click switching of parameter recipes for different bottle types and label specifications, reducing the changeover time to within 5 minutes. Additionally, the equipment is equipped with automatic detection and alarm functions, such as no-bottle no-labeling and automatic stop for missing or broken labels, ensuring production continuity and safety.

         The circular bottle labeling machine is widely used in industries such as food and beverage (e.g., mineral water, juice, and yogurt bottles), medicine (oral liquids, vials), daily chemicals (shampoo, shower gel bottles), and chemicals (disinfectant, lubricant drums). For example, a well-known cosmetics company adopted this machine and increased its labeling efficiency from 300 bottles per hour (manual) to 2,000 bottles per hour, with a labeling accuracy of 99.9%.
