② Adjust conveyor width to product dimensions (W:15-350mm), set labeling head ≤0.2mm above surface

③ Secure brushing device to prevent air bubbles

① Set label length/speed (20-180 pcs/min) via HMI, store ≥20 presets

② Activate object-sensing electric eye for alignment—excessive tension causes deviation

③ Enable vision positioning for irregular packaging (±0.5mm accuracy)

Operation & Monitoring

① Start conveyor with ≥15mm product gap for continuous labeling

② Monitor glue roller: low temperature causes peeling, overflow if overheated (set per material MP)

③ Maintain ＞99% first-pass accuracy—halt if waste rate exceeds 15%

 Safety & Maintenance

⚠️ Power off before servicing, wear PPE

⚠️ Clean glue residue monthly: avoid corrosive solvents, use scrapers

⚠️ Lubricate bearings with No.20-40 oil, apply heat-resistant grease on hot parts
