Verify Label Threading Method

      Check if the label roll is threaded correctly according to the label threading diagram on the  equipment or the operation manual.

Test Label Dispensing Function

• Press the "Label Dispensing Test" button.
• If labels dispense continuously: Adjust the label sensor sensitivity using the instructions in the  operation manual.
• If only one label dispenses: The labeling head is functioning properly.

Check Product Detection Sensor

• Run a product through the conveyor line and observe the product detection sensor:
• If it flashes once: The sensor is working correctly.
• If it flashes multiple times: Adjust the sensor’s sensitivity or detection position. Refer to the manual for sensitivity calibration. For detection position, ensure the sensor targets an opaque, flat, or uniformly shaped area of the product.

Inspect for Obstructions

Verify Label-Sensor Compatibility

• Transparent labels require specialized sensors (e.g., capactive or fiber-optic sensors). Standard sensors may fail to detect them.
• Specialty labels (e.g., metallic, reflective) may also require sensor adjustments.

• By systematically addressing these areas, you can resolve continuous dispensing issues and optimize labeling accuracy.
