Core Working Principle:‌

       The steam shrink sleeve labeler operates by exposing thermoplastic label materials (e.g., PVC, PET, OPS) to superheated steam (typically 180-220°C), inducing molecular realignment and shrinkage to conform precisely to container surfaces.

Standardized Operating Procedure:‌

       Steam generation delivers superheated vapor through pipelines to the shrinkage tunnel, with temperature precisely calibrated to film shrinkage properties. Servo-driven positioning accurately sleeves labels onto containers, followed by steam exposure within the thermal tunnel. Uniform  steam distribution creates a controlled thermal envelope, achieving complete label conformation in 1-3 seconds. Final shrinkage maintains <0.5mm label-to-container clearance, ensuring hermetic perimeter sealing.

• Applicable Labels: PVC (50μm thickness), PET, and OPS low-temperature shrink films, suitable for bottle necks, bodies, bases, or full-body wrapping.
