  Horizontal Round Bottle Labeling Machine

          The equipment features a modular design, with a body made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, conforming to GMP hygiene standards. Through flexible bottle separation technology, it achieves single-piece separation of stacked products, and with a side-lying roller conveyor mechanism, it ensures automatic alignment of bottles, improving conveying stability by 30%. The label belt deviation correction system uses three sets of roller tension control, with a label deviation of ≤0.2mm; the rolling labeling device applies 15N pressure for 360° rotation, with a labeling flatness of ±0.5mm, no wrinkles or bubbles.

         In terms of technical parameters, the equipment is suitable for labels with a length of 15-100mm and a width of 10-100mm, and can label round bottles with a diameter of φ10mm-30mm and a height of 20-100mm. The electronic control system consists of Panasonic PLC, a 7-inch touch screen and Leuze sensors from Germany, supporting functions such as no-label no-labeling and automatic fault stop, and can be optionally equipped with a thermal transfer code printer or a small character inkjet printer to achieve synchronous printing of production dates, batch numbers and barcodes.
