Scope of Application:
This system is designed for circumferential/semi-circumferential labeling of unstable cylindrical objects (e.g., glass tubes, specimen vials, steel pipes) using horizontal conveying and labeling technology to enhance stability and efficiency. It supports round-container labeling in pharmaceutical, food, and FMCG industries, accommodating partial-wrap (>180°) and half-wrap (180°) applications. Optional configurations include a rotary bottle unscrambler for direct inline integration with upstream production lines to automate feeding, and a ribbon coder labeling module for inline printing of production dates/batch codes, thereby streamlining packaging processes and boosting productivity.
Core Working Principle:
The container separation mechanism singulates products; when a photoelectric sensor detects product passage, it triggers the labeling control system to dispense and apply labels at the preset position. The product then enters the label tamping unit, where a tamping belt rotates the container to smoothly roll/smooth the label onto the surface, completing the application cycle.
Standardized Operating Sequence:
Container loading (inline compatible) → Automatic conveying → Pitch separation → Container detection → Label application → Label tamping → Labeled container collection.
