Core Operational Principle:‌

          Upon detecting product passage via sensors, signals are transmitted to the labeling control system. After PLC processing, labels are released at precisely timed intervals for application onto predetermined product positions. As products advance through the label sealing unit, labels undergo firm adhesion, completing a single label application cycle.

       Place Products (inline integration ready) → Automated conveyance → Automatic orientation correction → Product detection → Label application → Label sealing → Collection of labeled products.
