  • Flexible Labeling Coverage:‌ Capable of 360° full-wrap labeling, 270° near-full-wrap labeling, or 180° half-wrap labeling, accommodating cylindrical bottles of various specifications.

  • Integrated Bottle Orienting:‌ An optional high-speed rotary bottle orienter enables seamless integration with upstream production lines, achieving a fully automated process from bottle orienting, feeding, to labeling.

  • Dynamic Information Marking:‌ Upgraded models can be equipped with a ribbon coding module to print production dates, batch numbers, and QR codes in real-time, simultaneously completing marking and labeling.

  • Efficiency Enhancement:‌ Integrated design reduces manual intervention, streamlining packaging processes by 30% and enhancing production efficiency.

  • ‌Additionally, an optional ribbon coding labeler can be configured.‌ It prints production dates and batch numbers inline, reducing bottle packaging steps and improving overall efficiency.

Core Working Principle:

          Following product spacing adjustment by the dividing mechanism, a high-precision photoelectric sensor captures the product passage signal in real-time and transmits a trigger pulse to the PLC control system. Based on pre-set parameters, the control system precisely calculates the labeling timing. It then drives the servo motor to actuate the label feeding mechanism, ensuring the label is precisely applied to the target position on the product surface. Subsequently, the product enters the label application station. Here, a rotary backing belt ensures smooth and complete label wrapping onto the container under constant pressure, finalizing the closed-loop labeling process.

Loading (Inline compatible) → Pitch Adjustment → Position Detection → Smart Labeling Application → Label Pressing → Finished Product Output

  • High Label Registration Accuracy:‌ An eight-axis linkage fine-tuning system (X/Y/Z-axis ±5mm precision displacement + five-directional tilt adjustment) ensures label registration accuracy of ≥99.9%. Laser positioning achieves repeat positioning accuracy of 0.05mm.

  • High Labeling Accuracy:‌ Achieves ±0.1mm precision with pressure-regulated labeling mechanism and high-precision servo control, ensuring no bubbles or misalignment.

  • ‌‌Flexible Application:‌ Supports labeling in both vertical and horizontal orientations. The smart container separation system offers high-speed processing and can operate either as a standalone unit or be seamlessly integrated into smart production lines.

  • ‌Intelligent Control:‌The dynamic vision system automatically tracks bottle contours, intelligently determines labeling positions, and eliminates missed labeling incidents.

  • High Stability:‌ An advanced electrical control system, composed of Panasonic PLC, Panasonic touchscreen, Panasonic needle sensors, and SICK label detection sensors (Germany), ensures 24/7 continuous operation of the equipment.

  • Easy Adjustment:‌ Supports independent stepless speed regulation for labeling/conveyor/container separation, with 0-100% linear speed adjustment range to meet diverse production needs.  

  • Robust Durability:‌ Incorporates a three-bar linkage adjustment mechanism that utilizes triangular stability principles, ensuring solid construction. Manufactured from stainless steel and premium aluminum alloy, it fully complies with GMP standards.

  • ‌2-4mm gap between adjacent labels

  • 2mm margin from label edge to liner edge

  • Glassine release liner‌ (high-tensile liner prevents tearing during unwinding while resisting die-cutting damage)

  • Core specifications: 76mm inner diameter, <280mm outer diameter
