Core Working Principle:‌

       Upon ‌sensor detection‌ of a passing product, a signal is sent to the ‌labeling control unit‌. The system ‌precisely dispenses labels‌ at the optimal position for attachment. As the product advances through the ‌tamp assembly‌, the label is ‌firmly applied‌ to the target surface, completing a single labeling cycle.

Standardized Operating Procedure:‌

Product infeed (inline-capable) → Conveyor transport → Synchronized indexing → Automated label application → Labeled product handling/stacking.
