Core Working Principle:‌

        Sensors detect passing products and send signals to the labeling control system. After processing by the PLC, labels are dispensed at precise moments onto preset product positions. Products then pass through the label pressing mechanism, where labels are securely affixed, completing the labeling cycle.

Standardized Operation Flow:‌

        Loading products (connectable to production line) → Conveying products (Automatic) → Aligning products (Automatic) → Detecting products (Automatic) → Applying labels (Automatic) → Pressing labels (Automatic) → Collecting labeled products.

• Dual-stage labeling mechanism: Primary stage ensures labeling accuracy, secondary squeeze-type labeling eliminates air bubbles and ensures tight adhesion at label ends.

• Intelligent control with automatic photoelectric tracking: Features no-product-no-labeling, automatic label correction, and automatic label inspection to prevent waste and missed labeling.
